Internship Opportunities
During my internship at Continental, I worked alongside the sales and operations teams to support both client-facing initiatives and internal process improvements. My responsibilities included participating in ride-alongs with field representatives, engaging in in-field client interactions, conducting customer outreach, and managing data collection for performance tracking.
This role gave me firsthand exposure to B2B relationship-building and taught me the value of preparation, adaptability, and clear communication while traveling in the field. I gained a deeper understanding of the sales process—from prospecting to follow-up—and saw how strong client partnerships are built on trust, service, and consistency.
The experience reinforced my passion for working directly with people and strengthened the skills I need to succeed in a fast-paced, client-focused sales environment.
